Concept for OC War (request)

Someone asked me to make a conceptualization of the "villains" in his Fanfic, so I decided I'd atleast do 1.

This is War, there wasn't alot of description, exept for the color, big axe and that he looked like commander hurricane. So I took a Roman style seeing as how I personnaly adore the roman empire, got a big golden axe and well made him red. The eyes are suppose to have fire in them but I didn't put that. Cutie Mark is a Shield and a Lance which is the symbol for Mars god of war. Also the shield and lance like that are the basis for the general symbol used for males.

Milites sunt mea monetæ, Bellum est pretium!
That's a catch phrase I came up with translated it in Latin and it means: (The soldiers are my currency, War is my price!)
